How do I create an account?

Once you are happy with the items in your cart, and have chosen to check out, you will be prompted to establish a 1click1call.com account. Simply fill in the required user info and proceed with checkout to create a user account.

How can I edit my account information?

After logging in to your account, go to Account Settings to edit your account information.

How do I find my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to recover your password and enter the e-mail address associated with your account. We will send you an e-mail message containing your account information. You can also call our TeamOne customer care number (011) 470-82949 if you do not remember your password information. Simply have your E-mail address available for our team to assist you.

What is 1Click1Call.com's Return Policy?

1click1call.com is happy to offer you a 1-week money back guarantee for merchandise, but some restrictions from either 1Click1Call.com or the manufacturer may apply. If an incorrect item was ordered or you changed your mind about the order, we will have to charge a restocking fee. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 business days, please be sure to report the damage immediately with the shipping carrier when the package is delivered so that we can process your claim. If your item is defective, it needs to be reported within 4 business days, and you must have the original box. If you received less items than you were supposed to or the wrong item, it must be reported within 1 business day after delivery. 

Returns must be 100% intact in the original packaging barcode and bill clearly visible. Any components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and/or accessories must also be included. Unfortunately, if merchandise returned to our warehouse is in a non-restockable condition, we will be unable to issue a full credit. 1 week Replacement Guarantee

In order to get a defective item replaced

·         Contact TeamOne via the Contact Us Page or call us on  (011) 470-82949, within 1 week from the date of delivery.

·         The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

We will need the following information to process your return:

 

1.     Original order number 

2.      Item being returned and quantity 

3.     Reason for return

4.     Your name and daytime phone number

5.     Your e-mail address

6.     Please also advise us as to whether or not you would like your merchandise reshipped or credit posted to your account

 

Please allow 4-5 business days for return processing.

1Click1Call.com will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item if received back in the condition the order was delivered. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted for returns due to customer error. Please be advised all returns may be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are determined based upon the condition of returned merchandise, the original freight, and the cost of item pickup. Special order items, dated goods and / or custom products are not returnable with 1Click1Call.com

 

What is 1Click1Call.com's Exchange Policy?

 

We will gladly offer an exchange for any items received damaged or defective provided the damaged items are reported within 5 business of the order delivery and the defective items are reported within 4 business days of the order delivery. Due to 1click1call.com policy, any claims made after 7 days of receipt of order cannot be honored by 1click1call.com. Special order items and / or custom products are not returnable with 1click1call.com

 

Can you give me Technical Support?

 

1click1call.com can provide on-site technical support for products we sell at a 4 hr site visit at Rs 500 and additional hourly visit at Rs 100 per hour. Please note that your on-site technical support request might take 2-3 days to process. Or we can assist you on phone for free! We will also gladly offer manufacturer contact information if technical support is necessary. Simply call our customer care number:  (011) 470-82949 Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm IST and manufacturer contact information will be provided.

How do I see my Order History & Tracking Info?

Sign in to your account to view your past orders and click on the link containing your tracking number. As an added convenience, you can re-order frequently purchased item(s) automatically without the extra steps of entering the item(s) into a shopping cart and entering your account information. Simply click on the "Re-order" link and enter your payment information.

 

How do I cancel my order?

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 1 week Replacement

Guarantee above.

 

How do I re-order?

As an added convenience, now you can re-order frequently purchased item(s) automatically after signing-in without the extra steps of adding item(s) to your shopping cart and entering your account information. Simply click on the "Re-order" link and enter your payment information.

 

Are products always available?

Though we take every measure to ensure that we advertise only those items which we have in stock, occasionally certain products are announced by the manufacturer and are shown here online even though they are not available. If an item is not yet available, we'll use our best efforts to give you the anticipated delivery date when you place your order. Anticipated delivery dates are based on information supplied to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change. If you choose to place an order, and we are unable to fulfill them, a refund will be issued to you.

How do I track my order?

Is there Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all office and supplies orders over Rs 2000 that are shipping to Delhi/NCR (some exceptions apply to furniture products).  Inside Delivery (i.e. carrying heavy furniture upstairs) may produce additional shipping charges.

 

What are the different shipping options?

Overnight orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days and second day orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Delivery time is based upon item availability and the shipping time for merchandise ordered.  

 

What about items not shipped through Courier like Furniture?

Items that are notated "Freight Delivery" cannot be shipped via carrier because of their weight or dimensions. In this case, we use a private freight company to ship the item. Free Shipping eligibility is determined by products marked with the free shipping icon. If the product does not display this icon the item(s) will incur freight.

Please note: If the customer is not available upon delivery, freight carrier will attempt to contact customer. If the customer is unable to be reached, merchandise will be returned to warehouse and customer will be responsible for all freight and/or storage fees from the freight carrier. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive to customer.

 

When will my Next Day Delivery package arrive?

Orders usually require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. Next day delivery is available when an order is processed before 1:00 PM EST, when the item is in stock, and when the destination address is in the continental United States.

 

Do you ship all over India?

Please refer to List of Cities for places where we ship our items. Please note that some items like paper,heavy printers etc. might not ship outside Delhi/NCR. Please refer to product page for details on specific products.

Where can I find my invoice?

 

We encourage you to keep a copy of your invoice / receipt for your records. On every invoice you can find your order number which can be used to reference your account. To

print a copy of your invoice receipt sign in to your account, go to your past orders, click on the Invoice number and there you will have the option to see a PDF version of your

invoice.

 

Delivery Information

How does free delivery work?

o    After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing your expected shipment and delivery dates ( Not available for orders with non-valid email address)

o    Delivery lead times may vary based on carrier shipping practices, delivery location and items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments, which may effect delivery time.

o    We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs 1500 marked with the Free. We do not ship to international destinations

o    If the customer is not available for the freight delivery an attempt to contact the customer will be made by the freight carrier. If the customer is not obtainable the delivery will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all freight and holding fees of the carrier due to not being obtainable

o    Orders originally shipped and refused will be assesed an additional shipping charge for the reshipment of the order

o    Please note some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company

o    Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability

What are my shipping options?

Overnight orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days and second day orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days. The total time to receive your order is a combination of the availability time plus the delivery time for your chosen delivery option. (see table below...)

You can always view the exact cost for your shipping by checking out with your item (Note: if you are unsatisfied with the shipping charges, DO NOT hit the "Process Order" button).

What are the delivery options for Office Supply products?

Most orders are delivered the next business day in Delhi/NCR and within 2-3 days to all major cities.

o    Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of an item in a warehouse near your location. Out of stock items will ship from the next closest warehouse and will possibly effect delivery time

o    Cut off time for next delivery orders is 11:00 am I.S.T.

o    Lead time is dependent on vendor availability and vendor shipping practices

o    Large orders that exceed our warehouse stock may require additional lead time in delivery
